Everyone deserves opportunities to have a good life: a quality education that leads to a stable job, enough income to support a family through retirement, and good health.  That's why United Way's work is focused on the building blocks for a good life.  Below is our criteria:

Education - Helping Children and Youth Achieve their Potential

Income - Promoting Financial Stablity and Independence

Health - Improving People's Health

 

Allocation process is now open.  Please download forms below.  Please note that these are not the same forms. 

We have updated and streamlined the application process.  Please read thouroughly and ensure that all documentation is included. 

When reqeusting funds, we ask that you not request more funding than the level you are currently at.

 

Completed applications are due Friday, May 24th, 2019.

 

We will hold the allocation presentations on the evening of June 12th in the Chamber of Commerce (Great Bend) Board Room.
